Room was clean, the bedding was nice and clean. I like that the basin is not in the toilet. Breakfast was lovely, the property looks nice

The tiling on passages, too dull. The water basin water was cold

Location is perfect, and close to all other malls and other amenities.

Our trip coincided with an excursion by a primary school, with kids making noise until late in the night.

The location was quite and no secured for the vehicle as well with caring staff. The supper and breakfast met the expectations. The aircon well serviced

There was a restaurant on site which was very good. The location was great. The bedroom was very nice.

Bathroom shower had a lot of mould on the ceiling. Towel hanger next to basin busy detaching from wall. Overall you can see that maintenance is lacking.

Breakfast to expensive

Beautiful Gardens and the close proximity of the buildings are great.

Doesn't look like the maintenance is kept properly. Showers, stairs, under the desk counters, cupboards etc are dirty. Definitely not cleaned well. The floors in the rooms are sticky. Cant walk eithout shoes at all. Definitely not worth the price per night you pay. The manager and the trainee that was at the front desk was definitely not accommodating at all. Quality of the tv's are pathetic. The viewing is difficult as the picture is distorted and not clear at all. Its a beautiful hotel, I hope they can improve.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food and breakfast was good. Room spacious and linen comfortable.

Shower water was a bit sparse and took long to warm up and stay consistent. Supply top-up (soap, water, etc) each day were not consistent.

The location is closer to the main road.

Couple to sleep on two separate beds.Pls provide double beds.The towel are no longer white and there is a steps in the shower which one can injury him or herself.

We had blocked sink,selection on the TV channels,,for a 4 star hotel I expected an upgrade on the TV channels,
